SGON Pressure Seal Swing Check Valves is a valve which is automatically opened and closed by the flow of the medium itself. It is used to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. It is also called the reverse check valve, the one-way valve, the countercurrent valve and the back pressure valve. The check valve is an automatic valve. Its main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium, prevent the reversing of the pump and drive motor, and the discharge of the container medium. The check valve can also be used to supply pipelines where the pressure may exceed the system pressure.

The rubber disc in the valve is made of steel plate, steel rod and reinforced nylon cloth, and the outer layer is covered with rubber. The valve disc switch life can reach 1 million times. H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve is designed with full flow area, which has the characteristics of small head loss, easy to accumulate debris, easy maintenance and so on. H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve is mainly suitable for horizontal installation of water supply and drainage system, and can be installed at the water outlet of water pump to prevent backflow and water hammer damage to the pump. The H44X (SFCV) series rubber disc check valve can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the water inlet and outlet pipe of the reservoir to prevent the water from flowing back into the water supply system. Check valve is generally suitable for cleaning medium, and is not suitable for medium with solid particles and high viscosity.

The valve disc of the swing check valve is disc shaped and rotating around the seat channel. Because the valve channel is streamlined, the flow resistance is smaller than the lift check valve. It is suitable for a large aperture with low flow velocity and unchangeable flow, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is less than the lifting type. The swing check valve is divided into three types, single valve, double valve and multi half. These three forms are divided mainly according to the valve diameter. The purpose is to prevent the hydraulic shock from stopping the flow or reverse flow of the medium.
