PTFE Lined Safety Valve
PTFE Lined Safety Valve is a safety valve successfully developed by our company in the field of chemical industry based on advanced technology at home and abroad. The valve is an automatic pressure relief device for pressure equipment, pressure vessels and pipelines with high-risk corrosive media such as chlor alkali chemical industry and hydrochloric acid. The key parts are made of fully lined tetrafluoroethylene (PFA, F46), which is resistant to hydrochloric acid, strong corrosion and other media. The valve body is chemically treated by ion pulse nitriding or lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA, F46) to increase the corrosion resistance. The anti external leakage of the valve adopts the double sealing of corrosion-resistant bellows or fluororubber O-ring to effectively prevent the external leakage of media, which fully meets the national sealing performance standard. It is an updated product in the field of corrosion-resistant chemical valves such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
